When you request an estimate, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, property ZIP code, roofing need, preferred contact method, phone number or email address, and optional project notes. We also receive basic request information needed to operate and protect the form, such as the submission time and referring page.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your roofing request, understand whether the property is within the service area, coordinate a practical next step, and protect the website from spam or misuse. We do not sell roofing-request information.
Text messages
If you choose text as your contact method and give consent, Powell & Sons may send messages about that specific roofing request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing roofing services, and you may ask the company to stop texting at any time.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting and email-delivery providers may process request data only as needed to operate the form. Powell & Sons keeps request information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
Website measurement and advertising pixels

Events sent by this site are designed not to include your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, free-text project details, source-page label, or submission reference. The providers may still receive ordinary technical information associated with a website visit under their own terms. Account-side automatic form matching is not part of the approved measurement setup for this release.
